Dear Valued Partners,
Amazon Web Services (AWS) has reported issues affecting multiple services in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region. TIBA is among the many companies hosting resources in this region.
The SPARK Cloud Platform is hosted on AWS in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region.
The SmartPark Cloud servers are hosted in a different AWS region and are not affected by this incident.
