Amazon Web Services (AWS) has reported issues affecting multiple services in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region. TIBA is among the many companies hosting resources in this region.
The SPARK Cloud Platform is hosted on AWS in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region.
The SmartPark Cloud servers are hosted in a different AWS region and are not affected by this incident.
At this time, we have observed only minimal latency on the SPARK platform (https://spark-cloud.tibaparking.net/).
Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates on our status page as needed.
